Unlike the original Monopoly game, Monopoly Empire does not have a traditional “go to jail” space.
The goal of the game is to have the most valuable collection of brands at the end of the game, which is determined by the number and value of the brands that a player owns. Players can also earn money by building billboards, which are placed on their purchased brands. The game board is designed to look like a city skyline, and players move around the board buying and selling brands.Įach player starts with a customizable game token that represents their brand, and they can purchase additional brands by landing on a brand space on the board and paying the price listed on the space. In this version of the game, players aim to build and collect iconic brands instead of properties.
